KnittingNurse

Just a place where I can sit and write my thoughts on my newest passion. . . . . knitting. Hopefully, I will better document my progress throughout knitting and get in touch with others as obsessed as I am!

OK, I just couldn't even begin to do this.

You all HAVE to go and check this out.

How do people do stuff like that? I like to think that I am an "alright" knitter, maybe even venturing into intermediate/advanced but THAT, who can compete with that? You all did catch that she is just 22 years old, right?

WOW!

Amazing.

You should see the lace shawl and EIGHTEEN year old did for the shop. I'll tell you, I sure wasn't knitting lace when I was 18 (although I bet my mom wished I was instead of the tom-foolery that I participated in!)

Talk about great stashbusting! I need something that uses 12 miles of yarn! :) Thanks for the fun link, J!

Have a happy weekend~

Being Amylovie's mom, I have to say I agree with her comment.

As for the knitted ferrari, looks to me like it is more a matter of perserverance than skill. And maybe a little weirdness!

Thanks so much for the support. It has been a very rough week for us and the kind words and thoughts have made a world of difference. I am feeling much better now and am trying to rest up and recharge so that we can be ready to help as best we can.

I am so glad Oscar is with us! He is doing better already on his higher dose of meds and we even found out that the dose he was on was still only putting him in the very low therapeutic levels! We definitely made the right decision.

Thanks again for your support. It has made more of a difference than you could know.
