Keep your fingers crossed!
So, unless hubby finds something really wrong in the contract or something goes bad on inspection, etc..... this is going to be our new home:

By the way, price your home here aggressively and make sure its neat and clean and you will sell quicker than others. You may need to price it lower than you think, its the market right now, to many houses and not enough buyers. Your city is very popular, however, people want move in ready and NO extra stuff to do!!!
